Besides designing and building their website, we created a large web application for Fairent to automate processes related to their purchases, rental records, profit calculations, reporting, and future analytic projections.
Product cataloguing at various rental sites through QR Code based systems helped in quick queries and streamlined inventory management.

IWS created Leadhero – a CRM solution custom built for a leading Real Estate company in India. With extensive API integrations with Google for Email and Calendar, multiple apps from Zapier and so on, the application is a one stop destination for sales agents, screening managers, and sales managers in the company.
With leads coming in from various sources including the company website, social media channels, phone calls, and manually, the application has provisions to capture each lead and assign to an agent for follow ups. Every lead goes through a pre-defined workflow, and is rated based on the prospect. Automation is built in using Actions and triggers. The application has various integrations using Zapier and other methods.
Leadhero was built by IWS from scratch, using PHP Laravel, MySQL database, and Angular JS for front end user experience.

IWS built a large portal for MisterBond which includes subscription based access to his Lectures, workshops and other tricks of the trade.
Having his own formula for success, we translated it into digital calculators and triggers which would help subscribed investors achieve maximum profit.
The Transaction Platform, which we built for MisterBond, is another example of a premium web application which facilitates real time trade of funds in the Indian Markets. The structure also provisions for sub agents and their clients to perform trade. The entire system is Subscription based with financial transactions done on the fly.
IWS successfully built this platform for MisterBond enabling him to offer numerous value added services and generate profit for himself, and his clients.
